Talha’s Residency records Haq Associates for design and turnkey execution; Bari Textile Mills records turnkey work with furniture under a Bari in-house design credit.

Specialist & partner appointments
Turnkey does not mean every discipline is performed in-house. The appointed architects, engineers, specialist suppliers and approval responsibilities must be named in the project scope, alongside AL HAQ INTERIOR’s delivery obligations.

Is design always included in a turnkey appointment?
No. Talha’s Residency and Bari Textile Mills demonstrate different design arrangements. Your appointment should identify who designs each discipline and who executes it.
Does turnkey mean a fixed price and completion date?
Price, programme, allowances and change procedures depend on the agreed contract and available design information. The service title alone is not a guarantee.
Can you coordinate with existing consultants?
The portfolio includes delivery alongside independently credited designers. Existing consultant appointments can be included in the responsibility schedule.
