PURPOSE & PERSPECTIVE

The character is in the detail.

Bespoke elements connect the scale of a room to the way it is used. A cabinet must accommodate its contents; a table must suit the people around it; a junction must resolve two materials cleanly. Woodwork, metalwork and furniture are documented together at Yunus Textiles, with design credited to Architelier.

DELIVERY & DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY

Clear roles. Connected work.

Haq Associates · documented remit

Haq Associates’ scope at Yunus Textiles includes woodwork, metalwork and furniture. Bari Textile Mills records turnkey work with furniture. These credits establish delivery scope, without implying ownership of a factory or fabrication equipment.

Specialist & partner appointments

Design intent, specialist fabrication and supplier responsibilities are agreed for each package. No proprietary workshop, certified timber supply chain or specialist manufacturing qualification is claimed in the published project records.

THE APPROACH

From intention to detail.

  1. 01

    Define the piece

Start with its purpose, users, setting and dimensional constraints.

  2. 02

    Resolve the junctions

Review materials, hardware, finishes and interfaces with the appointed designer and suppliers.

  3. 03

    Fit the space

Confirm site dimensions, access and the installation sequence before final placement.

TECHNICAL & MATERIAL CONSIDERATIONS

The decisions beneath the surface.

01

Material behaviour

Consider movement, moisture exposure and the suitability of substrates and finishes.

02

Daily use

Hardware, edge details and upholstery should suit the expected frequency of use and cleaning.

03

Installation access

Check delivery routes, assembly needs and fixing conditions early.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Can furniture be commissioned within a wider fit-out?

Furniture is part of the documented delivery scope on selected projects. Define the items and their relationship to the wider fit-out in the project brief.

Do you have an in-house manufacturing facility?

The company profile does not establish ownership of a manufacturing facility. Fabrication and supplier arrangements should be confirmed for the individual project.

How are finishes selected?

Agree a material direction, then review relevant samples, hardware and maintenance requirements before placing the package into production.
