Specialist & partner appointments
Other selected interiors retain their original independent design credits. Specialist lighting calculations, MEP engineering and building approvals are coordinated with the responsible appointed parties; they are not implied by an interior design appointment.

Discuss the rooms, their condition and the changes required. A focused interior appointment can be defined around an agreed scope.
Does interior design include furniture?
Furniture layouts and selection can be included in the agreed brief. Supply, bespoke fabrication and installation should be specified separately.
How do you work with an existing interior designer?
The design appointment and execution scope are identified separately. Independent design credits are retained, and the delivery brief sets out approvals, information exchange and the responsibilities of each party.
